The Transitional Champions Program is a year-round program consisting of players who have mastered the basic fundamentals of the game such as footwork, technique (especially grips), and consistency. These players may be invited directly into the Transitional Champions Program or they can move up from the Junior Champions Program. A player usually spends 1-2 years in this group. Below are the basic principles of the program.

In this program, players are introduced to more full-court training and higher tempo drills with longer duration and less rest. These players do more live-ball drilling and play practice sets and/or games against other players in this program, and the Champions Program.

Players in the Transitional Champions Program practice three to four times a week.

Fitness Training
The goal of our fitness training is to enable each athlete to connect what happens in the gym and on the track with efforts and results on the court. The physical training intensity, focus and duration vary depending on the period of training in our players tournament cycle. It usually consists of power and speed training, strength and endurance training, tennis-specific footwork exercises and dynamic and static stretching for flexibility and injury prevention.

Summer Training
The annual tuition includes certain number of weeks of intense summer training based on how many times per week each player participates in during the regular school year. Summer training consists of
tennis practice, matches, fitness and free hit. The summer schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
